I'm an aunt-to-be. so get used to it.
I know it's probably uncouth to show him/her off before s/he's even done developing eyelids, but, seriously, s/he's already got my sister's adorable mouth!
as Karen observed, this is newfangled 3-d pic, rather than the blurry ultrasound...I usually can't figure out what end is what when I see medical pics, but this one is so clearly "baby", I had to show y'all!

V. cute! Is that an ultrasound or some newfangled kind of prenatal photography? I can never tell what's what with the usual ultrasound photos; they usually look like Rorschach blots to me, but I can actually make out a baby's features in this one...good luck to your sister!

We had one of those done for Owen. Sent a copy to my parents and they almost plotzed he looked so much like me. Scanned and sent me back two pictures, the ultrasound of Owen and a picture of me at like three months, and they were identical, pose and everything. Pretty cool.
