I just hope she realises that some people are just not going to see irony/humour in this. Or perhaps it isn't ironic or witty and I have totally missed the point. :)

oh kartar, if some people don't see the humor, then they really really really need help. honestly. did you *listen* to the music in that trailer? did you *see* the prim way she displayed the lavender lace?
ironic. witty. humorous. it's all three, in my humble, bejeweled-sweatered, spandex-pantsed opinion.

Heather, have you been to America? Home of the anti-ironic? Oh you live there. :)

surely you aren't implying, Kartar, that my home country is the Home of the Sincere?

Well I always thought those little talks that Jerry Springer gives at the end of his show sound very sincere.
P.S. Thanks by the way for Springer. I gather as part of the Free Trade Agreement we were going to get a franchise but they couldn't find enough people in Australia with bad enough teeth and/or a trailer. :)

who is this...jerry springer? you're not talking about the politician, are you?
curse you for getting the last word, kartar - as a white middle class woman, I can't make jokes about aborigine peoples or criminals without alienating my fan base....

I'd have to have a fan base first. :)
