Paying the Bills with the Slavic Cheekbones, part II

eat your heart out, fella.

and laugh your ass off, 'cause although I really love these gals (their clothing construction can make even this plus-sized model look slender) their textile choices are really...er...odd, to say the least.

$300+ for each piece, and I really can't say that I'd buy anything. At least, I wouldn't buy the separates to wear together.

like I didn't know I looked like a weirdo in those exquisitely-constructed trousers.

er...plus-sized?

I like the pictures, if not the outfit. When the page first loaded on my monitor at work, I was afeared of what coworkers might have thought I was looking at, what with the suggested unbuttoning, strappy heels, 70's art-porn filter and all.

Has a certain kabuki element to the design. And to second sf's comment - plus-sized? Huh? Begs the question of what the definition of not-plus-sized is. Then again perhaps I don't want to know the answer to that question.

I read it as 'a plus-sized model' not 'this plus-sized model.' Jay-zus wept, what are you, a freaking size 6? Possibly a 4? If you are in the plus sized category, I am going to start a revolution.

yes, I know the whole plus sized thing is hard to believe, but in the modelling world, apparently, this figure is 'plus sized'. My measurements - in the context of this particular level of couture - are plus sized.

keep in mind that I'm working in the same wonderful world that brings us the TEENSY morsels of scrumptious nudity in this year's Abercrobmie and Fitch catalogue, so . . .

I actually think it is hilarious to be plus-sized at a gangly 128 lbs. and yes, I am both a 4 and a 6, depending on the length of sleeves and trouser legs.

although I'm scared to have said this, mrs. "A. C. Revolutionary", because I know there's a very flammable Hooters just a few blocks away from your house...and I know you're hell-on-wheels with a torch.

oh, wait, I'm thinking of someone else. . .

you all are awesome, anyway. glad to have been able to amuse ya with the kabuki plus-size 70's porn clown look.
