Bravery

On Saturday, I went on my first motorcycle ride ever. Oh gosh, it was fun. Seriously. I wouldn't necessarily want to drive one, but passengering is a blast. Any of y'all have a bike and want a passenger, you drop me a line.

other news: I'm still waiting to see if someone will sublet my place for september...someone's coming tomorrow morning to look at it. I wish I had the strength of my soon-to-be-former roommate to just pick up and go, despite the lingering open ends of the situation.

I envy him his bravery, and desire, and ability to drive cross country and start a new life...I'm hoping I'm brave enough, strong enough, smart enough, lucky enough to be able to start over here.

here's to hope.
