Munz-watcher

okay, finally, another new vocabulary word from my 'forgotten english' calendar:

munz-watcher One of those sneaks that makes a practice of watching the movements, & etc. of sweethearts on their nightly walks, and if any impropriety is witnessed, demanding hush-money to keep the matter secret.

what do you think the going rate would be for a quick kiss on the nape?
